Commitment and Culture

The BAVARIAN BIBLE MUSEUM is a non-profit institution for culture and education. Like most museums, it finances itself to some extent through admission fees, but is primarily dependent upon subsidies and grants. The support of interested and committed individuals is therefore vital. 
 
We are truly grateful for every donation and every commitment that you can offer us. Your help enables us to provide a broad and diverse cultural education both at our museum and beyond. 

Covid Left its Mark

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a considerable impact on the BAVARIAN BIBLE MUSEUM. Among other things, our opening was delayed and we’ve been unable to carry out our guided tours or educational programmes in the manner that we’d planned. A hygiene concept also needed to be developed, and we’ve of course had to adapt that concept again and again to comply with the changing official guidelines. In addition, we are still receiving far fewer visitors because of the Covid-19 fallout. This is obviously a very difficult situation for a new museum to be in. 
For this reason, too, we are reliant upon your support.
